Your Life is in Your Chakras

Energy flows through you, through energy centers called chakras, and through subtle channels in the body called nadis. There are 72,000 nadis that originate at the navel center and three main channels that flow through the chakras, crossing at each junction.. This energy (prana) gives life and vitality to your body and energizes the areas in life that you bring focus to.

Learning how to energize, balance and direct this energy can be a fun adventure through:

• Yoga

• Contemplation & Meditation

• Conscious Communication

When your chakras are energized and your body and mind are balanced, you can easily relax, make conscious decisions and handle anything because you have your intuition, a strong nervous system and balanced endocrine system, which in turn balances your hormones.

Developing and refining your self-sensory system, can empower you to take command over your life, because you can evaluate your aura, your magnetic energy field, and understand the areas of your life that need tending too. It is one of the many blessings of having a body, that you can refine, be conscious of and have experiences as a human being.

Kundalini Yoga helps to balance the body and mind, and energize the chakras so you can develop your awareness and live a happy, healthy, and holy life.
