The Mystic Path of Knowing

The Mystic Path of Knowing

What do you really know?

Have you ever truly contemplated this?

There is a place within you

that knows.

A still, calm awareness,

a depth within you.

It is the essence of your true being.

The mystic path of knowing

is a choice.

A contemplative turn inward

that brings you home.

It is a journey into knowing.

You can feel it in your body,

and at every turn

You can sense it.

Yes, it is true.

It can be learned.

Practiced.

Repeated.

And mastered,

with every breath.

This knowing is like a muscle

something you can shape,

tone,

and strengthen within yourself.

Through contemplation,

knowing becomes a journey,

a daily unfolding.

A path of learning,

a seed planted,

An inquiry within..

In each and every moment

you choose to become aware,

you choose to listen,

and to understand compassionately,

or not.

Can you feel it?

Within you,

you can know.

Beyond fear.

Beyond thought.

The awakening can occur.

And once it is anchored,

no one can take it from you.

You can choose with knowing,

with every step,

with every word,

with every movement.

And if what you discover is grim,

then that is not you.

That is a projection

of the mind.

Because your essence,

the one that knows,

is pure, true, bliss.

The light shines within.

It beckons us to walk forward.

To live consciously.

To live

authentically.

Unattached.

Open.

With your heart.
